All payments for lessons must be made through SJ Swim Master at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Payments may be made using credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay. Payment reserves your spot in the session.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance or missed (no-shows) will be charged 100%.
Same-day classes cannot be canceled and are subject to this policy. Only the client themselves may cancel or reschedule via the booking system.
Sessions may be shortened if a client arrives late, to accommodate others. Clients should arrive on time to respect instructors and other students.
