How does Semester Enrollment work?Semester Enrollment reserves a weekly Instructional Seat for the full semester and includes 4 make-up tokens per semester.How does Monthly Enrollment work?Monthly Enrollment is available based on capacity and includes 1 make-up token per month. Monthly Enrollment does not receive priority scheduling.Can I pause or change my enrollment?Semester Enrollment cannot be paused once the semester begins. Schedule changes may be requested but are subject to availability.

How are instructional times assigned?Times are assigned through our Route-Based Scheduling System, considering building location, pool availability, instructor routing, and program capacity. Requested times cannot be guaranteed.Will my swimmer have the same instructor?We prioritize consistency whenever possible, but instructor assignments may change based on availability and operational needs.Can siblings swim together?Each swimmer requires their own Instructional Seat. Siblings may be scheduled together when their abilities are compatible and the arrangement is appropriate and approved.

What are Make-Up Tokens?Make-Up Tokens provide flexibility when a scheduled session is missed. No explanation is required to use a token.How many tokens do I receive?Semester: 4 tokens per Instructional Seat, per semester.Monthly: 1 token per Instructional Seat, per month.How do I request a make-up?The Make-Up Token Request Form will be provided upon request. Requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance, or as far in advance as reasonably possible.Are make-ups guaranteed?No. Make-ups are subject to availability. Requests submitted with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered at SJ Swim Master's discretion and are not guaranteed.When can I use my tokens?Semester tokens may be used at any time during the active semester. Monthly tokens must be used during the active month. Tokens do not roll over.Can I transfer a token to another swimmer?No. Tokens are assigned to the individual Instructional Seat and cannot be transferred or shared, including between siblings.What happens if I miss my make-up?The token is considered used. A missed make-up does not qualify for an additional token.

What happens if we miss a scheduled class?Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or prorated tuition. Eligible missed sessions may be addressed using the applicable Make-Up Token Policy.Is tuition refundable?Tuition is generally non-refundable once the enrollment period begins, except where required by applicable law.What happens if SJ Swim Master cancels?When feasible, SJ Swim Master will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative when a session is canceled due to instructor, facility, weather, safety, or other operational circumstances.
